HIDE THE FACTORY CATALOG FOLDERS

Hi 

We are in 19D and we have removed one of the role which is(Extension Folder Reporting Duty) from Custom BI Webcat Reporting Duty to hide the Extension folder ,and done with the below steps, but still we can see the Extension folder , what could be the reason please ?

  1. Ran Import User and Role Application Security Data process.
  2. Refresh BI caches. Navigate to Oracle BI and click Administration. In the Maintenance and troubleshooting section, select Reload Files and Metadata.
