DCS portal User sync issue between Fusion and IDCS

When user sign up for DCS portal, user has to wait till sync job run, can't sign in right after sign up

I have one problem can anyone help me? When someone sign up in DCS portal user is created in Fusion but it isn't synchronized to IDCS immediately, because of that user has to wait for sync job to run then only he can login. In IDCS sync job can be run automatically at minimum 1 hour frequency, how can we sync user immediately as soon as sign up is performed by user. Has anyone faced similar issue?
