Uploading Contracts Using Import File Mapping

Cannot find Required attributes

am using file import mapping to upload contracts and i don't know from where i can find some mandatory attributes that are required to add it , as the document attached shows , those highlighted with red are the attributes that i cannot find , like Ext Source , Ext Key , Business Unit ID ,...etc
