Summary

Need to hide some fields for employee but should be visible to HR

Content

Hello Oracle Experts,

We have a requirement wherein we have to hide a few context fields in DOR for the employee but the same should be displayed to HR when HR updates that DOR.

Business Scenario:

We have a document type - Grievance. There are some context fields that should not be displayed to the EMPLOYEE while creating and submitting this DOR. Once that DOR is submitted by the employee and is received for the approval and when the HR navigates to this DOR for that employee then those hidden context fields should be displayed to the HR along with all the other fields.

Howdy, Stranger!
