How to use a short URL for Host Name

Summary

How to use a short URL for Host Name in the mobile app setup.

Content

I have created a short URL on our web domain as follows:  hcm.xxxx.com

This short URL forwards to our normal URL:  xxxx.fs.us2.oraclecloud.com

From any Desktop browser (IE/FireFox/Chrome) we can go to address hcm.xxxx.com and it works fine - it re-directs correctly to our HCM Cloud sign-on page.  Using hcm.xxxx.com also works fine from a mobile browser (Safari).

However - using hcm.xxxx.com does NOT work in the Oracle HCM Cloud Mobile app.  When we create an account in the mobile app and use hcm.xxxx.com for the Host Name the connection always times out.

Howdy, Stranger!
