Enhancement: Add Advanced Search Feature to Manage Teams forms

To search for users, the individual must currently know the begining of the users name. We would like to advanced features such as Contains.

To search for users, the individual must currently know the begining of the users name.  We would like to advanced features such as Contains.to the set of available options.   The current basic search is too limiting when try to determine.  user names since it does not allow us to search on partial names.  Wildcards are not allow at the start of a sting.   The Submit approval form does allow for the advanced feature and this is more helpful.
