Dashboards which Include a Date Prompt

Dashboards which Include a Date Prompt and No Data ReturnedContent
Hi,
I have created a Dashboard with a Date Prompt and a BI Publisher Report. The BI Publisher report was created using SQL. When I run the BI Publisher Report and supply a Date data is returned successfully; however, when I run the Dashboard using the Date Prompt no data is returned. I believe there is some sort of Date Formatting issue but can't work out what I need to change.
I have attached the archived Dashboard and wonder if someone could check my formatting and can advise what I'm doing wrong.
