Error in publishing changes

Changes on layout are not being publish

SInce yesterday i´ve been trying to pusblish some changes on one of my layouts but even thought i can see them on OCC they are not being shown nor in preview page neither on published store.

Also, in some cases, in preview some widget shows an 404 error (attaching screen as evidence). 

Is there a time frame i have to wait to see my changes published and live?
