I'm looking for detailed instructions for how to break down and configure a positive pay template.

By and large I'm looking for a guide for setting up a Positive Pay file and other files like this in BI Publisher.

See the attached document for items in question and their labeled numbers.

There appear to be only two output file options, but my financial team needs ".TPE" format. Any idea where I can look at other configuration options?
What other options do I have in this field?
What is the impact of this "Output Character Field?" Our bank does not specify what character set they want, is it safe to assume I can leave it as is?
