As per our customer's requirement a candidate (pending worker) needs to fill certain details when onboarding is triggered in different forms. And the data entered in these forms will be shown to him collectively in one form called Employee Data form at the end of the process.

1. Can company's standard template with logo be converted into forms with editable fields? If yes, which option is better Questionnaire or Configuration form?

2. Will the data entered in the form be saved in the application and can be shown in the Employee Data form?

3. If any of the forms are not entered correctly can it be sent back to the candidate?
