Manage departments: error PER-1532395 when updating or correcting an existing department

Hello,

I have a new error generated (PER-1532395) when I am updating or correcting an existing department (task manage department).

This error is not listed in my Oracle support website.

I am looking for somebody who knows this issue and can help me to find a solution to update/ rename a department.
