Excel formatting does not keep the format when missing rows were suppressed

Content

Hi folks,

I'm trying to use the Excel formatting feature of Smartview to highlight the parent member in a set of accounts. The feature is keeping the format when I zoom in and out.

However, when I am suppressing the accounts that has #missing data, it does not keep the format I want for the parent member. Any thoughts on how can I keep the format when I suppress?

Thank you,

Karl Lisondra
