Order Consolidation Functionality

Need a workable solution to consolidate orders picked across different areas in a facility

We are investigating our options with regards to consolidating the same orders that are picked across different areas in a facility.  We have multiple levels of mezzanine flooring, High Value cage, etc.  A lot of customer orders span across these areas and we are forced to pass the picking OBLPNs that we are picking for the order across levels and into the High Value cage in order to make sure that the order can go out in one OBLPN.

We are familiar with the staging functionality in Oracle, but there is no trigger that one has to say that the full order cubed together is now been staged (I know there is a push to light functionality that works to an extent, but this is dependent on conveyable flag, etc.).  Also, cases where the rest of the order will not arrive (perhaps shipped already) is not well handled with this functionality.
