Sorting in OTBI

I built a report in OTBI using the Recruiting - Recruiting Real Time subject area and I want to sort it by job requisition number so I added the sort but it is sorting by the first number only. For example 1,11,2,23,3,41. Is there a way I can fix this so it is sorting correctly?
