Learning transactions stored in BPM Worklist not in transaction console

Why are Learning transactions under BPM but all other transactions are in Transaction console

Hi, 

I noted that all transactions and where they have gone for approval are stored in transaction console (Manage approval transactions for Human capital management). This is really useful when building and testing approvals

However, in learning you have to go into BPM worklist to see the transactions. Will this be moved in transaction console in a new release? This worklist feature does not always show the full transaction and can be temperamental. 

Also, through BPM is it possible to cancel a transaction?
