How do you get the manage approvals button to work on the My Team page?

When i log in as a manager, i go onto My Team > Learning. 

Then i am able to search by a team member and look at their requested learning

There is a "Manage Approval" Button, how do i get this to work? it seems to be greyed out at the moment - screenshot attached.
