Enterprise Onboarding for Rehire Employees

Hi,

We have an Enterprise Onboarding with action set as Add Pending Worker. This works perfectly fine for new hires, however, if its an ex-employee coming back through ORC it gets transferred as a Pending Worker in Global HR. But for this rehire, Enterprise Onboarding doesn't get triggered.

Has someone faced this before?
