Question on Actions with new UX enabled

Summary

Question on the diference between Actions performed via 'Quick Action' and main dashboard

Content

Hi,

We have enabled the new UX & mobile responsive pages in a test environment. We are a bit uncertain about the difference between the screens when performing an action through 'Quick Actions' on the left hand side, and performing the same action through 'Apps' (the main dashboard).

Take for example the action 'Hire an Employee', when performed via 'Quick Actions' it launches a new mobile responsive page that will require some changes to make functional. However when performed via the main dashboard (New Person Dashbord), it launches the classic style 'Hire an Employee' we are familar with.

Howdy, Stranger!
