We have rules to setup for local and global transfer as follows:
1.If workers proposed Line Manager = CEO of the org auto approve
2.if workers proposed Line Manager <> CEO of the org the approvals are required from new Manager and New Manager +1
3.if workers proposed Line Manager <> CEO and worker's current assignment LE <> "U" and workers proposed assignment LE ="US" then approval are required from New Manager , New Manager +1, I9 Representatives.
Approval routing was setup as follows:
1st Participant [Serial] - having 2 Rule conditions Rule #1 and Rule #2
