Admin access to My Team when not a manager

Admin access to My Team when not a managerContent
Hello!
As an admin I often need to access manager only pages (under My Team). In our TEST Pod I can assign myself direct reports and gain access for personalization and testing. However, I cannot use that same approach in Production
Does anyone have a good workaround for this? Or a good suggestion?
