Many customers both in this forum and through other posts via SRs have asked about how to get details of Known Issues that we publish across various applications in each Update released. While I hope many of you are familiar, I thought this article might assist newer customers to familiarize themselves with the existence of this document as well as understand how to use it.

What are Known Issues:

Known Issues is a listing of issues / behavior discrepancies that developments teams have identified during the development of a feature. Many of these are typically addressed over a period of time but may not have been addressed in the Update in which the specific feature is released.
