Revenue Distribution - how is Margin Percentage calculated?

Hi,

We are using 19D (11.13.19.10.0). We have a Project Cost with a value of 827.40, but when we convert to a Revenue, the Revenue in Ledger Currency has come out as 863.00.

When we go to Manage Revenue Distributions, we noticed that the "Margin Percentage" for the revenue is 4%, and we are not sure where that is coming from.

  • The revenue in the screenshot below is in USD since the TRNS_CURRENCY_CODE value in "pjb_rev_distributions" for the revenue = "USD".
  • CONT_CURR_REVENUE_AMT and REVENUE_CURR_AMT = 863
  • For the same revenue line line, REVENUE_CURRENCY_CODE and PROJECT_CURRENCY_CODE = GBP
