This demo use case walks through how OIC can be used to create new workers in Fusion. Different types of workers including employees, contingent workers, and pending workers.Content
This use case explores the use of OIC to satisfy the needs of reading a file from an external FTP server containing new hires, transforming and formatting the file to generate a valid worker API calls in HCM Cloud. These calls will generate the appropriate individuals with worker types within HCM Cloud. The following diagram illustrates the proposed interaction between the systems involved in this use case.
