Changing Offering Coordinator field in OLC not updating OTBI

We are able to update an Offering Coordinator in OLC but the change is not reflected in OTBI reports.


We are currently looking at creating an OTBI report that allows the Learning Specialist to filter Offerings to those they, or other learning specialists have created.  The report works great, however, if an offering coordinator field is changed, the report  does not reflect the change.  It is not simply a case of refreshing.

We can update the field easily and the field reflects the change in OLC.

Is anyone aware of an issue with the field in OLC or OTBI?
