HCM to Oracle EBS Fails to Create record

Summary

The Integration between Fusion HCM and Oracle EBS fails when trying to create a new employee.

Error messages below are shown when attempts to integrate the employee from Fusion HCM to Oracle EBS 

Error is indicating that the record doesn't exist however we are trying to create a new employee in Oracle EBS.

 

I have uploaded the latest file which we tried to integrate

 

ORA-20001: The Assignment 300000061417307 is not loaded into the system

ORA-20001: The Period of Service 300000061417301 is not loaded into the system

ORA-20001: Person cannot be created as Person record does not exist
