GA ANNOUNCEMENT - Clone Autonomous Database from a Backup

When you clone an Autonomous Database instance you now have the option to clone from an existing backup. You can select a backup from a list of backups or a point-in-time as the source for the clone.

NOTE - when an upcoming release is available for preview with Autonomous Database, you can clone your existing database or clone a backup to use the preview version.
