I am getting the following error when logging in as a US employee and clicking on a time period to submit time for (UK works fine)

Your time entry profile settings don't permit you to create a time card for the selected period. (HXT-1665020)

The person in question is captured by the HCM group and the profile is similar to a another for Uk employees
