Ability to apply org specific templates while assigning items to org through assignment rules

User should be able to apply org specific templates when he assigns item to org through rules.

Is there a way we can default or apply org specific values  through templates while assigning items to child orgs using item rules ?

One way is to default values by writing individual assignment rules for all attributes based on each org. But it will too much effort and lots of rule expression.
