ADD and DISCARD Function

Hi Team,

 

We are working for RMCS Implementation.We had uploaded the contract in RMCS. In Satisfaction events tab,there is "ADD" and "DISCARD"button which is freezed. We  want to know how these buttons can be unfreezed. Is any program needs to run or any setup is there ?

Please guide on this.
