Can courses be recommended or assigned automatically based on Competency gapContent
Employee has a certain role.This role has certain competencies attached to it. Learner needs to move to another role which has other competencies required for that role. All competencies are attached to courses.
In order to bridge this gap between competencies of the two roles.Is there a mechanism by which learners can automatically be recommended the courses required to achieve the competencies required for the new role based on the competency gap.
Does anyone have any ideas on how to achieve this requirement?
