Areas of Responsibility (AOR) are used to manage Human Resource security.  We are running into an issues with employees transferring outside of an HR person's AOR.  The HR person can see the employee's new record including salary information even through they are no longer in their AOR.  Is there a way to block the HR from seeing the new information?  I did some checking and this seems to carry into all areas of HCM, including reporting.  Any suggestions?  

Example:

HR Person has access to see Department ABC and no other departments within the AOR.
