My company uses GTM (not OTM) for many sites/geographies.  We often have the need to understand more capabilities and do not seem to have a good way to learn “what’s possible” for GTM.   Currently, we are trying to understand how we can document hold releases and the justification for the release.  We wish to be able to review them after the fact.  We have used a “justification” field but have not seen a good way to report that out as the hold is created and released over in EBS Order Management.  Further, the act of releasing the hold - for
