HR user not receiving system generated FYI:Termination email notifications

Summary

Hi All,

HR user is not receiving FYI:Termination emails from last month. There was no change in approval rule and BPM notification settings.

Approval Rule configured as below:

Rule : {autoapprove EE} --> Representative

Action type - Information Only Include All representatives enabled.
Representative Type - HR
Representative of - Worker's current representative

Could you please suggest on the root cause?
