Summary

We need to be able to control report developer access so that they can only create reports, data models etc in their local (My Folders) folders; everything else should be read only

We need to be able to control report developer access so that they can only create reports, data models etc in their local (My Folders) folders; everything else should be read only.

As far as we know, if you have the BI Author role, you can do anything in any of the folders.

We are open to workarounds / solutions. Two that were floated around but not validated:
