Hi,
I came across a weird situation as few of the emails from a sender are not reaching to RightNow and few are..
Is there a way to track the missing those? I checked on"Incoming Email Filter Details" Report but could not find the email being send by the sender. What are the possibilities of missing incidents? Suggestions please
