One more triage item when the Punchout Cart from the Supplier Site does not successfully return to Self Service Procurement > Edit Requisition for further processing.
The usual root cause is the Supplier Return URL is incorrect. Some reasons include:
a. URL is truncated (We have published an article about triaging this on this Lab)
b. Incorrect parameter name (urlencoded). For cXML Punchout, it ought to be cxml -urlencoded or cxml -base64. In this instance, the supplier was returning just urlencoded
