How to release workflows to end user to use the process application

Hi Team,

I have developed a approval workflow in the PCS application. Would like to release this workflow to end user to initiate the workflow. I only can start workflow when "mode=test" is appended at the end of workspace URL or process is started as "Try in Test Mode"(which again open the workspace URL as "mode=test") . See the attached screen shot.

Is this the only way end user have to append "mode=test" at the end of workspace URL or any other different way. Please guide.
