How to automatically assign new employees to all learning activities in specialization?

Hello,

In Learning we have one specialization that includes 10 activities for new worker.
we would like for every new employee to be AUTOMATIC enrolled to ALL the activities courses that are assigned to the specialization.

How can we automatically enrolled new employees to the specializations activities?
I saw there is a process called -'Evaluate Person IDs for Assignment Rule' but how can we
use it / another process for a specific specialization activities.
