Translation in Reporting Currency does not work as expected

Translation in reporting currency works well for some entities and not for others

Hi All,

I have a strange behavior with transaltion in "reporting currency". In some entities translation works as expected at 0 level entities and parent entities, in other entities I notice missing value at 0 level entities instead I have values at parent entities! I ran Translation and Force Translation but nothing changes, exchange rates are there.

Has anyone experienced the same behavior?
