Unable to view team time cards link when responsive UI is turned on

HI

After 19 D upgrade, we are not able to view the team timecards link when manager logs into the application.

I have turned the responsive UI on for all timecard pages, yet unable to see any link called 'Team Time Cards' under quick actions.

Any one else facing this issue?
