I have a number of vendors that provide a services that needs to be charged to multiple cost centers. This charge varies from month to month, so this allocation is not a fixed amount, nor a percentage. I trying to figure the best way to write the PO or if there is any utility in which I could upload a spreadsheet to allocate the cost.
