I am wondering why we now have to enable reports in two locations? This must have been released with the 19C update?

I haven't configured a new facility for a few months, but we are getting ready to open a new facility so I configured it a few weeks ago. During testing this week we noticed none of our reports were being generated in our STAGE environment with an error message: No Targets Found.

I configured TEST the exact same way, and reports were generating so I was stumped initially. Then I noticed in the Output Interfaces Configuration details sub-screen (where you set the target), there was a checkbox added to enable it.
