We are trying to create a report using  Subject Area "General Ledger - Journals Real time".

My requirement is that the output of the file should be in CSV format. and in CSV and the values including column headers should come with in Double Quotes("") and separated with cama(,).

We are  able to get values separated with cama(,), but unable to get the values within Double Quotes(""). How to achieve this requirement. 

I am also attaching a file proving the expected output for reference.
