Reporting the results of reconciliation profile questions

We would like to report the results of questions that are attached to reconciliation profiles.

We are wanting to report the answers users have submitted for questions within the reconciliation profile. The questions are added at format level and then brought into the reconciliations on a monthly basis for users to answer prior to submitting the reconciliation.

Unfortunately we have not been able to bring the answer fields into a standard report query as they are not attributes. We can see them on the reconciliation profile and in the audit report but cannot bring it into a report users can access.
