In the responsive UI, is there alink where manager can view the absences of his/her direct reports and approve them?

Something similar to team timecards in OTL. 

I explored the existing absences link, but that only shows the status of the absences of the direct reports, but there is no direct link to approve or reject the absences. 

As of now, i am only aware of approving absences via the Bell notifications.
