Notification Message changes in 20A - Confirmation of the change

In the 20A release notes there is a commentary around data comparison after approval - would be great to clarify the behaviour of what the current behavour is.

We initially miss-read the change as to notifications will show current and proposed values but the notifications already show these.

We also checked our configuration for BIP notifications, this is currently set to false, however BIP notifications are been sent - is this now mandatory and ignoring these profile values or is it defaulted when using the responsive UI?
