Can we add metadata/Properties such as author, tags to a PDF output file through BI Publisher

Can anyone tell me if I can add metadata to pdf output generated from BI publisher?

this is the data which you can see when you look at file properties as shown below.

 

please also direct me to a document/help which shows me how to generate file names dynamically for bursted pdfs.
