DOR-All the document type is not visible after first upload

Hi,

We recently moved to responsive UI. 

Under Me->Document Records, I have added the first document where all the document types were visible. 

Second time when I was trying to add it is showing "RECENT DOCUMENT TYPE" Only.

Did anyone face the same issue? I tried customization where "Cache on Session" is unchecked.

Kindly help.
