All-

As we are preparing to go live I am trying to understand if we need to communicate to users that they need to download the Oracle HCM Mobile App or if they can simply go into their internet browser on their mobile device.  What is the preferred method for rolling out  and can you tell me why?  This will be a large communication for us and I want to make sure I understand the intended way to use mobile devices as I have read documentation on both.
