Notification to enrolled learners once an offering is created

Is there are possibility to notify learners, who has enrolled in a course, automatically, once an offering for this particular course is created?

 

For example: Person A enrolls in Course XY. There are no offerings for this Course. A few weeks later an offering is created for Course XY.

 

Person A should automatically be informed about this offering.
